Summer 2025 Sports Camp

Location: Birkenshaw Primary School, Station Lane, BD11 2JE KS2 Hall (main school entrance).
Dates: Weeks Beginning Monday 21st July, Monday 28th July and Monday 4th August 2025. 
Times: 9:00am - 3:30pm (we offer FREE early drop off from 8:30am).
Ages: Children Starting School Years  1-7 as of September 2025.
Cost: £20 per day cash on arrival.

About our camps:

Children who attend camp need to bring with them a packed lunch with a couple of snacks for breaktimes. A refillable drinks bottle is a must and children must wear appropriate clothing for their given activity. All children will enjoy breaktimes so a pair of trainers for everyone is advisable!

Our Sports camps run during the schools holidays (with the exception of Christmas).

Our camps provide a familiar environment for children with the day running with similar timings to the school day all taking place at a school.

Those attending Sports Camp will take part in a range of different sports throughout the day which include both team and individual games using a wide range of skills. 

Children have a lunch break along with a morning and afternoon break (like they would at school) in order for attendees to have some down time, have a snack and get to know others on the camp.

Those attending Velocity Camps will also have the chance to win prizes each day. Pupils can win Velocity Points  for various things including winning games, showing good team work, kindness, demonstarting good skill and determination. Each Velocity Point acts like a raffle ticket so the more points a pupil earns the more chance they have of winning in the end of day draw!

We always have a first aider on camp, provide you with an emergency contact number and ensure we have a good staff to pupil ratio.
